Submission Review Process
Payments made for directory submissions are charged for the review and evaluation service associated with processing a submission request.
Submission approval is not guaranteed. Each website is reviewed individually based on directory standards, content quality, category relevance, and overall suitability for inclusion.
Refund Policy
Submission payments are generally non-refundable once the review process has started.
However, if a submitted website is not accepted into the directory, the submission payment may be refunded.
Listing Status & Directory Maintenance
Search-Group.com reserves the right to deactivate, suspend, or remove listings that become inactive, broken, abandoned, parked, redirected, unavailable, or no longer relevant to their assigned category.
Listings may also be removed if the website changes ownership, changes direction significantly, contains prohibited content, or no longer meets directory quality standards.
Listings removed for these reasons are generally not eligible for refunds.
Website owners are encouraged to contact us regarding significant website changes, category updates, or listing-related issues.
Prohibited Content & Restricted Websites
Search-Group.com does not accept websites that promote or contain prohibited, misleading, harmful, or low-quality content.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Illegal or harmful content
- Open adult content in non-approved categories
- Weapons or illegal drug-related content
- Violence, hate, discrimination, or abusive material
- Excessive or aggressive gambling-related content
- Parked domains or under-construction websites
- Low-value websites consisting primarily of advertisements
- Websites submitted to irrelevant categories
Adult & Gambling Categories
Certain adult-oriented or gambling-related websites may only be accepted in specifically designated categories where users receive appropriate warnings before accessing those sections.
Acceptance of such websites remains fully discretionary and subject to directory review standards.
Advertising & Promotional Placements
Advertising placements across the Search-Group.com website, including homepage and promotional placements outside standard directory submissions, are reviewed selectively.
If an advertising request is declined before publication, the payment may be refunded.
Once an advertising placement has been approved and published, payments are generally non-refundable, including situations where the advertiser later chooses to end the placement before the scheduled period expires.
Directory Changes
Search-Group.com reserves the right to modify directory structure, categories, listing formats, policies, or platform functionality at any time in order to improve the directory and maintain quality standards.
